While both the inside-out and regular versions of the Upgraded suit were included, there are also unmasked skins for each that resemble Tom Holland’s likeness. This is not unheard of in Fortnite, as many of its crossovers authentically resemble their iconic characters in Fortnite’s cartoonish style, such as Timothee Chalamet’s likeness as Dune’s Paul Atreides. It appears that Tom Holland’s likeness will not be exclusive to his Spider-Man skin in Fortnite, however, as a rumor suggests that another character portrayal of his may be imminent.

HYPEX shares that an “Uncharted Treasure Map” has supposedly surfaced from Fortnite from one of its Week 11 Challenges. The alleged map is shown in an image that represents a traditional treasure map on a rolled parchment scroll with X’s marked and certain landmarks illustrated. However, this may not be the traditional Uncharted crossover that fans may initially expect. Interestingly, the challenge apparently “goes live on the 17th” which HYPEX notes as the day before the Uncharted movie releases.

If legitimate, it is almost certain that this crossover is meant to coincide with the movie iteration of Naughty Dog’s seminal action-adventure franchise, but not necessarily the games themselves. An Uncharted crossover could advertise the movie as other highly anticipated Fortnite crossovers have done, but the size of its potential Uncharted collaboration is unclear. No news has been shared about whether character skins will be available around the same time, though it would make a lot of sense for Fortnite to include a Nathan Drake skin.

Of course, it is possible that one of the available skins could resemble Naughty Dog’s Nathan Drake. But with the movie’s theatrical release timed well with the event it is much more probable that the focus would be on Tom Holland’s Nathan Drake instead. Further, because Tom Holland already has a skin in Fortnite that resembles his likeness, it would presumably be simple for Fortnite to produce a Nathan Drake character model from the assets that already exist. If an Uncharted crossover is truly in the works for Fortnite, it could make the weekend of February 18 an exciting time for fans of both franchises.

Fortnite is free-to-play on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
