This process could take place at varies stages of the game’s development, but some fans are hoping that this means things are coming to a close and the game could be ready as early as holiday 2018.

Details surround Pokemon for Nintendo Switch are very sparse at this point. There have been some leaks that teased fans with the potential starters and some interesting quotes from the devs suggesting fans shouldn’t get their hopes too high for the title.
At this point, gamers will just have to wait and hope that some news arrives early this summer about a release window and game’s new features. Until then, they can stay busy hunting down the latest Legendary Raid boss in Pokemon GO.
