Inter is plotting a move for Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi as a replacement for under-fire Mauro Icardi, reports talkSPORT .
The 23-year-old Argentina international has fallen out with fans of the San Siro club following comments in his book, leaving club officials questioning his captaincy. The situation worsened when the club’s ultra group left a banner outside the home of the striker.
It is thought that Inter is now looking for a replacement for Icardi, leading the club to Batshuayi, who joined the Stamford Bridge club in the summer but has yet to earn regular playing time.
